Before I address this, perhaps the question that should be asked is: Is the 7 minute workout program for you?
The 7 Minute Workout program provides guidance on how to build muscle…and it does not require hours in the gym like a lot of magazines and media expect you to believe. If you want proof, talk to some gymnasts. You might have seen some male gymnasts that have really nice, lean and muscular physiques. They can build muscular strength and size just by holding a static position for an extra 10-60 seconds.

From a product perspective, it looks like the 7 minute workout product at its core literally is marketing a new workout regimen which claims one can get back in shape in as little as 7 minutes a day, three days a week. Obviously, Joel seems credentialed enough, having degrees in physiology and a background in natural bodybuilding. No doubt that the workout is intense, and at least from what I have seen from their testimonials, it seems that people are indeed getting results from the program
First of all, you should not purchase this program if you are just looking for something to try. You need commitment like most worth while things in life. In saying this, I have been a member since its inception and have lost 20 lbs and 2 inches off my waist
When you first join, you are asked to create a personal profile for yourself. This includes your weight, height, physical fitness level, whether you will work out with or without equipment, and if you need help with your diet.
You are then given a customized set of exercises which you can effectively start straight away for that week. This is like having a personal trainer visit and coaching you all the way. All exercises are shown in down-loadable video format. The videos very brief and to the point.
Here’s the best part. You exercise for 7 minutes and that’s it! You can prolong it however this is not advisable. The exercises are specifically designed to provide maximum benefit whilst minimizing the build up of certain chemicals including lactic acid which impacts unfavorably both mentally and physically.
This is particularly true for people who push themselves to the point of exhaustion negating any drive to continue with the 7 minute workout exercise program. In the majority of cases, people give up and they never get to achieve what they had set out to accomplish in the first place. Initially the program might feel too easy or too slow for you. For me, I was stiff by the end of the first 7 minutes. It may not be for the adrenaline junkie seeking the big rush from doing exercises every day! But studies have proven that those intense exercises may not be the way to go for the long haul anyway.
If you like socializing in a gym environment, you may find working out on your own a bit boring (not me) unless you have a partner/partners to exercise with. But then, it depends on your motive for joining in the first place.
The reason I joined the 7 minute workout program was to transform myself from being an unhealthy, unmotivated lazy couch potato to the vibrant healthy person I

In addition, it seems that there have been quite a few workout/diet related MLM companies that have done quite well in fact by focusing on one specific marketing strategy, visalus and team beach body come to mind at an initial thought. So, I do indeed think the market is there and people will buy into this kind of thing.
